We were given the task to take on two different departments and merge them together. This is no easy task and Fresno
State is trying to lead the way in this new hybrid program, becoming the first of its kind in the nation.
The culinary
arts and the food scientist are merging together, yet the two programs do not want to lose their own identities. Our group
will try to come to some compromise, while still protecting the integrity of each program.
